Aileen lead us through the process of buying our first home. To say the least, it was a far more difficult process than any of us had anticipated, Aileen included. Due to the passing of the previous owner, we ran into some unforeseen roadblocks in our process that left us believing we had lost the chance to buy the home altogether including the $ we had already invested for the inspection, appraisal, etc. We went from planning for our closing date celebration to thinking it was all over. With a calmness and professionalism, Aileen took us by the hand and walked us through the situation and she treated us as though we were her only client. She was honest in the fact that this was her first time dealing with this exact situation but she took us through it all as if it was no big deal and she quickly found the answer to ever question that arose. In the end, we have a new home and we have quite an interesting story to share about how we got it!

I first made contact 3 years ago. Although Aileen assisted in searching for properties, our personal schedules did not allow us to move forward with a selection or purchase. 3 years later we reached out to Aileen again. We found a house that was in foreclosure. We had never purchased a foreclosure and my family was under an huge time constraint with a small child. It was initially under contract with another family, that ended up falling through. Aileen was able to guide us through the process which was incredible difficult and not always easy for us to understand. This helped when the appraisal was delayed and the Title company changed the closing date twice, she didn't push for faster appraisal because she knew another Condo's closing would help our unit's appraisal value.
